BASA Rec League
This is the Registration and Information Page for the upcoming (or current) Recreational Soccer Season.
The next Recreational League at BASA will be the 2025 Spring Rec Soccer Season. We will send out notification when Registration is open for the next season.
Ages
Age Divisions for the 2025 Rec Season will be as follows:
U5 - Players born in 2020
U6 - Players born in 2019
U8 - Players born in 2017 & 2018
U10 - Players born in 2015 & 2016
U12 - Players born in 2013 & 2014
U15 - Players born in 2010 thru 2012
When
The 2025 Rec Soccer Season will run from late April until the first week in June - Exact Game Dates will be posted here once they are finalized.
Where
Games are held at the BASA Complex
Practices are held at various sites around Bay County at the discretion of each teams Coach
Practices
Depending on the Coach of your child's team - teams will practice 1-2 times per week.
Games
For the Spring season, there will be 7 game dates and the Annual Spring Rec Tournament for teams in the U8 Division and older. U5 and U6 teams will all play an 8th game in the spring.
Jerseys
Jerseys may be purchased during the registration process - Jerseys do not change from season to season, so they are not required to be purchased unless needed. If a Jersey is needed after the registration is over - BASA usually has additional Jersey sets available for purchase at the Pavilion - Jersey Sets cost $20 per set of 2.

What costs beyond registration fees should be expected?
Example: Expect team managers to collect funds to cover tournament entry fees.
