BASA Club Trainer
NOW HIRING: The Bay Area Soccer Association (BASA) is searching for a qualified individual to fill the position of Club Trainer, working to develop and run impactful programs for our travel and recreational soccer players, ages 5-19.
Our Club Trainer will be responsible for leading a two-week summer camp in June, running youth development sessions for players ages 4-7, attending training sessions of our travel soccer teams, conducting speed & agility training, overseeing recreational soccer coaching clinics, working with individual players, contributing training ideas to BASA’s website and Facebook page, assisting with winter training sessions, and attending BASA Board meetings, among other activities.
It is expected that club officials would work in collaboration with the Club Trainer to establish the full framework of the position. A draft framework is available and can be provided once your application is received.
We anticipate the Club Trainer to be a year-round position with the bulk of the work taking place during BASA’s spring and fall soccer seasons. Further, the Club Trainer position at BASA is a paid position - the full extent of which will be discussed during the interview process.
Those interested in the position should send a soccer resume and brief training philosophy to registrarbasa@gmail.com. Applications will be considered as they are received.
